Create strength from the inside out. CardioCore Fusion is a whole-body workout with elements of strength and cardio, balance, and core stability. Enjoy a fun low-impact class with a mix of dynamic core-stabilizing exercises, cardiovascular endurance, and strength exercises (with a strong focus on the core and stability), to get the blood flowing followed by mat work and stretches. Use of free weights, resistance bands, and body weight, and a range of strengthening, balance, and core exercises will be incorporated into this whole-body class.
Modifications will be offered to customize the class to your needs. All levels welcome.
