If you love to dance and you love to have fun, you'll love Zumba! This aerobic fitness program combines Latin and international music with fun dance moves. Routines involve interval training (fast and slow rhythms) to help improve cardiovascular fitness.
Offered 2x/week in the Aquatic & Fitness Center exercise room.
